Confirmation of acceptance to be emailed by the selected applicants: January 15, 2016.
How to apply
1. Interested Applicants may download and print the Registration Form, fill up all the fields, sign it at the bottom, scan and submit the same by email to the Organizers at by the specified deadline. Also he/she must attach,to the same email, a scanned letter of recommendation, with sign and seal, from his/her Supervisor / Head of institution, addressing the relevance of this symposium to his/her research.

2. If applying as a team, then (a) there may at most be 3 members in a team, preferably including a faculty member, and 
(b) every team-member must apply individually.

Indian Institute of Public Health, Hyderabad (IIPHH), an institute of Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI commenced its activities in 2008, with a mission to deliver public health education, pursue research and advocacy and support policy development.
